The Go! Team's Ladyflash Video
I like this video. It works really well with the song. The Go! Team are from the UK. You can probably tell by the grime-type vibe they have going on. If you get the ep there are some rjd2 remixes for some other song. Ladyflash is definitely the standout though. Link

I like this video too but this song seems pretty far removed from the 'grime' scene to me. I can't identify any sort of 'grime' type vibe at all. I would say that it is far closer to sounding somewhere between the Dust Brothers and the Chemical Brothers.
i think you're right, grime is not the word i was looking for. it this song just reminds me of this dizee track i heard once, produced by basement jaxx or somebody like that...i wish i could remember the title
